Program description
The V20 Energy BESSI text-messaging program (the "Program") sends operational alerts about V20 Energy battery energy storage systems: fault and event notifications, telemetry threshold alerts, and related status updates. Messages are sent from +1 (866) 368-3651. The Program is intended for V20 Energy operations personnel and authorized partners; it is not a consumer marketing program.
Enrollment
You opt in by texting START to +1 (866) 368-3651 from the mobile number you wish to enroll. By enrolling, you consent to receive recurring automated operational text messages from V20 Energy at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with system activity. Enrolled users typically receive up to 50 messages per month, though counts may be higher during significant operational events.
Cost
V20 Energy does not charge for the Program, but message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any Program message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll by texting START.

Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network availability.
Eligibility and acceptable use
The Program is available for mobile numbers in the United States. You represent that you are the account holder for the enrolled number, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll it, and that you will promptly notify V20 Energy if the number is reassigned.
Privacy
Information collected through the Program is handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes and termination
We may suspend or terminate the Program, or revise these terms, at any time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
